Day 1,483. Returning to Sector 7.
Sitting on the edge of a ruined high-rise, I see two worlds at once. Below me is the legacy of man — ruins, echoes of war, and decay. Above me is the untouched, crystal-clear sky. The longer I look at the debris, the more I want to stare into the stars. Up there, it feels like nothing ever changes. No wars, no borders, just the silent peace of the universe. I’ll stay here for a while, looking up.
