Day 1,510. The border of Sector 7.
I’m not looking back. There’s nothing left for me in these ruins but the shadows of the past. Sector 7 was my sanctuary for a long time, but a traveler cannot stay in one place forever.
My backpack is heavy with the weight of the compact generator and survival gear, my spear is ready, and the West is calling. Beyond these overgrown streets lies Sector 6. I don’t know if the stories about a better life there are true, or if I’m just walking into another wasteland. But staying here is no longer an option. Farewell, Sector 7. Thank you for the shelter.
