Day 1559. Sector 6 Outskirts.
It’s starting to become a bit of a tradition: as soon as the rain starts, I find a way to fall. This time, the abyss was deeper than I expected. Luckily, my reflexes haven’t failed me yet—I managed to wedge my spear between the canyon walls just in time. And thank God, the glasses are still intact.
I’ll try to descend carefully; there’s a cave entrance below. It might be a way out of this chasm, or perhaps just another place to hide from the storm. Either way, standing still isn’t an option when the rocks are this slippery. Time to see where this rabbit hole leads.
